Players are expected to follow all server rules and guidelines. Any violations of these terms may result in punishment at the discretion of the server moderation.
- Stay respectful and civil to all players.
- Do not engage in exploiting server mechanics.
- Do not use any unauthorized third-party software or mods that give unfair advantages.
- Do not spam chat or disrupt gameplay in any way.
- Do not share personal information of yourself or others.
- Do not engage in any form of trading where real currency is exchanged.
- Do not engage in hate speech or harassment of any kind.
- Do not use or mention any elements of real political systems or ideologies in a way that is offensive or disruptive.
All purchases made through our official Tebex store are final and non-refundable, unless the product is deficient in quality, unfit for purpose, or otherwise defective as per Australian consumer laws. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms of service, and to the terms of service of Tebex.
In the case that a product is defective, please contact support through our Discord or Email with evidence of the defect, and they will assist you accordingly.
All purchases are final and non-refundable.
DiplomacyCraft reserves the right to modify or replace these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes. Your continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. Diplomacycraft will attempt to notify users in the case that the terms change through official channels such as our Discord.
Violations of these terms outlined above, may result in punitive measures, such as but not limited to:
- Temporary or permanent bans from the server.
- Removal of in-game items or currency.
- Restrictions on account features or access.
- Removal of privileges or permissions including purchased products (which will not be refunded).
Punishment is up to the sole discretion of the server moderation team, which may be appealed through contacting us on our Discord or Email.
