Quarters can be sold to residents (or non-residents if set as an embassy) and purchased directly in-game, similar to plots.

=== Putting a Quarter Up For Sale ===

Stand inside the quarter and run:

<code>/q sell [price]</code> — Lists the quarter for sale at the specified price in [[Economy|Gold (G)]].

To cancel the sale:

<code>/q sell cancel</code>

=== Buying a Quarter ===

Stand inside a quarter that is for sale and run:

<code>/q claim</code> — Purchases the quarter. The [[Economy|Gold]] is transferred to the seller immediately.

=== Embassy Quarters ===

By default, only residents of the town can purchase a quarter. To allow non-residents to buy:

<code>/q toggle embassy</code> — Toggles embassy status on the quarter.
