A quarter is defined by one or more rectangular cuboid regions staked out inside a town&amp;#039;s claimed plots. Once created, a quarter has its own ownership and permissions that layer on top of the underlying plot. Quarters are &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;additive&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; — they grant permissions to players who would not otherwise have access, but they do not remove permissions from anyone who already has access to the plot through ownership or a town rank.&lt;br /&gt;

Quarters are automatically deleted if the townblock they sit in is unclaimed or the town is disbanded.&lt;br /&gt;
