== How It Works ==

[https://geysermc.org/ Geyser] acts as a protocol translator, converting Bedrock Edition network traffic into Java Edition packets so Bedrock clients can connect to a Java server. [https://github.com/GeyserMC/Floodgate Floodgate] works alongside Geyser to allow Bedrock accounts to authenticate without needing a Java Edition account.

Together they allow Bedrock players to join, chat, claim land in [[Towny]], trade, and participate in all server mechanics just like Java players.

== Connecting ==

Bedrock players connect using the standard Bedrock server address and port rather than the Java address. If you are unsure of the Bedrock connection details, check the Discord or ask an admin in-game.
